Court Upholds L.A. Ordinance

The California Supreme Court ruled unanimously Thursday that a city ordinance prohibiting the solicitation of funds at Los Angeles International Airport is valid under state law.

The California Supreme Court ruled unanimously Thursday that a city ordinance prohibiting the solicitation of funds at Los Angeles International Airport is valid under state law.

In doing so, the court gave a partial answer to a question posed by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
