Overcharges Refunded for Prosecutors

Los Angeles County will repay prosecutors who were charged extra for health care premiums because they were union members in light of a judge's ruling against the tactic.

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles County will repay prosecutors who were charged as much as $432,000 extra for health care premiums because they were union members, in light of a judge's ruling against the tactic.
