WASHINGTON - Touching on the sensitive question of gender discrimination in immigration law, the U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday that it will take up the case of a San Diego man who is seeking citizenship in order to avoid deportation to Mexico.
It was one of two 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rulings the court agreed to review, along with two other cases.
