LOS ANGELES - McGuireWoods is appealing U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real's recent decision barring it from collecting any of the $12 million in attorneys' fees it thought it was owed in a $49 million antitrust settlement with the parent company of the BAR/BRI bar exam test prep courses.
