CITY OF INDUSTRY - Glimcher Realty Trust, a Columbus, Ohio-based real estate investment trust, purchased the 1.2 million-square-foot Puente Hills Mall on the corner of Colima Road and Azusa Avenue from Passco for $170.1 million. Sears, Robinsons-May and an AMC 20-screen movie theater anchor the mall. David Lee and Richard Walter of Faris Lee Investments represented the buyer and the seller.
