THOUSAND OAKS - Decron Properties purchased the 110,074-square-foot Park Oaks Shopping Center at 1640-1790 Moorpark Road from Investec Real Estate of Santa Barbara for $43 million. Tenants include Vons, McDonald's and Washington Mutual. Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Jim Slaught and Grant Harris of Investec represented the seller.
