Redwood Shores Company Files Patent Suit Against Microsoft

SAN JOSE - A Redwood Shores company that provides mobile e-mail service filed a federal lawsuit last week alleging that Microsoft Corp. infringed three of its patents in a litigation strategy orchestrated by Ronald S. Katz of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips.
