Authority on Tax Was 'Lawyer's Lawyer'

LOS ANGELES - Retired tax attorney Robert M. Barton, who practiced law in Los Angeles for more than 50 years, has died. Barton, one of the founders of Barton, Klugman & Oetting, died Monday in Newport Beach after a long battle with progressive supranuclear palsy. He was 83.
