WALNUT CREEK - GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. provided $65 million in floating-rate financing for a condominium-conversion project to a joint venture sponsored by the Sares-Regis Group of Northern California. Stoneridge Condos at 245 Masters Court is presently a 340-unit, garden-style apartment complex that will be converted into for-sale condominiums. Mitchell R. Thurston and Andrew J. Ahlers of GMAC arranged the transaction.
