OFFICE CENTURY CITY - Stonefield Josephson leased 25,000 square feet of space on the fourth floor at 2049 Century Park East Tower from 100 Towers LLC for 11 years at $10 million. This is one of the first tenants of this size that has moved to this highly visible 2 million-square-foot, two-building high-rise office complex since 9/11. Jeff Cowan, Michael Weiss and Tom Parker of Studley represented the lessee. Jeff Lasky of Trammell Crow represented the lessor.
