Judge Seeks Dismissal of Charges

VENTURA - Attorneys for Diana R. Hall on Wednesday asked the state Commission on Judicial Performance to dismiss misconduct charges against the Santa Barbara County judge, saying allegations against a panelist hearing her case have irreparably tainted the proceedings.
