RETAIL SAN MATEO - San Francisco-based SPI Holdings purchased the Bridgepointe Center, a 270,000-square-foot portion of a regional shopping center, from Westlake Global Management for $90 million. The 7-year-old power center is part of a 75-acre master-planned development adjacent to the 60 million square feet of research-and-development and office parks in the mid-Peninsula area. Major tenants include Staples, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Sportmart, Petco, Ethan Allen, Old Navy and Marshalls.
