Perfect Question for Alito Lies in 1982 Case

Forum Column - By Charles S. Doskow - At this time it looks as if the mother of all confirmation hearings may not take place. Although shards of Judge Samuel Alito's past are being unearthed, the Democrats do not appear to have dug in their heels on the nomination, and the prospect of a filibuster, or even contentious hearings and debate, is uncertain. But then we cannot be sure into what position the Democrats' allies may push them.
