State Bar Issues Discipline Report

LOS ANGELES - Lawyers from small firms and sole practitioners make up nearly 95 percent of those investigated for discipline offenses and more than 97 percent of those prosecuted, the State Bar said in a report delivered Friday to the Legislature.
