Singer Settles Suit With Welsh Choir

RIVERSIDE - A Welsh singer and his attorney have settled their lawsuit alleging the Welsh Choir of Southern California was insufficiently Welsh to use that name.

        RIVERSIDE - A Welsh singer and his attorney have settled their lawsuit alleging the Welsh Choir of Southern California was insufficiently Welsh to use that name.
        A Riverside Superior Court judge dismissed the false-advertising suit last year, finding that the choir's name was not likely to deceive a reasonable consumer into believing all its members are Welsh.
