LOS ANGELES - A local building owner was arrested for draping an allegedly illegal sign over a Hollywood building, according to The Associated Press. The co-owner of the building, 49-year-old Kayvan Setareh, has been charged with three misdemeanor city code violations and was held on $1 million bail after placing an eight-story ad for the movie "How to Train Your Dragon" on his building. His bail was reduced to $100,000 after a March 1 court hearing, where Setareh agreed to take the sign down.
