SACRAMENTO - CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has listed the 11 office properties in California's disposition portfolio online. The Department of General Services and CB Richard Ellis said the nearly 7.3 million square feet of office space up for sale and leaseback is expected to draw more than $2 billion in offers from capital investors worldwide due to its attributes. "What the real estate investment community is looking for in today's market are secure, low-risk investment opportunities - occupied buildings with long-term, creditworthy tenants, as well as increasingly green product, both of which the state's portfolio offers," said Kevin Shannon, vice chairman of the brokerage firm and the lead broker on the sale leaseback assignment.
