Google Inc. has come under heavy fire this week, with two back-to-back cases that call into question its far-reaching dominance in the lucrative Internet space.
A New York federal judge on Thursday raised concerns about a proposed settlement between Google and authors' and publishers' groups that would create the world's largest digital library and bookstore.
