LOS ANGELES - David P. Leonard, a professor and associate dean for research at Loyola Law School, has died. He was 57.
Leonard died Feb. 9, after a long battle with cancer.
A Loyola faculty member since 1990, Leonard served as a model of compassion and professionalism, colleagues said. The 2009 graduating class presented Leonard with the Excellence in Teaching Award.
