Firm Under Fire Files For Bankruptcy

Bander Law Firm, a four-attorney civil litigation practice in Los Angeles that clients are accusing of running a mortgage modification scam, has filed for Chapter 7 protection.

LOS ANGELES - Bander Law Firm, a four-attorney civil litigation practice that has been under fire by its clients recently for allegedly running a mortgage modification scam, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Attorney David A. Gill, senior partner at Danning, Gill Diamond & Kollitz was appointed by the court on Friday as bankruptcy trustee of the firm.
