NEWPORT BEACH - JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Steadfast Investment Properties Inc. are among the large companies that have signed leases to occupy Irvine Co.-owned office space. JPMorgan Chase signed a seven-year lease for 70,000 square feet on three floors of the 3 Park Plaza office tower in Jamboree Center. Steadfast signed a 10-year lease for two suites totaling 45,000 square feet at Irvine Towers on Von Karman Avenue.
