Wilson Advises Micron in $1.2 Billion Deal

Memory chip manufacturer Micron Inc. has bought a Geneva-based joint venture co-owned by Intel Corp. in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.2 billion.

SAN JOSE In a complicated deal involving lawyers from around the globe but assembled in Palo Alto law offices, memory chip manufacturer Micron Inc. has bought a Geneva-based joint venture co-owned by Intel Corp. in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.2 billion.
