Daniel Furniss, a revered litigator at Townsend and Townsend and Crew in Palo Alto, died Friday of a heart attack. He was 58.
"Dan was a really energetic, passionate guy, full of life, full of zest," said James Gilliland, chairman of Townsend and Townsend and Crew and Furniss's friend of 27 years. "He would absolutely fill any room with his personality."
