Obama Nominates O.C. Judge
President Obama formally nominated Orange County Superior Court Judge Josephine S. Tucker to the federal bench on Thursday.

President Barack Obama formally nominated Orange County Superior Court Judge Josephine S. Tucker to the federal bench on Thursday.
If confirmed, Tucker would take the spot of U.S. District Judge Alicemarie H. Stotler on the bench. Stotler, who served as chief judge of the Central District of California, took senior status a year ago.
