INDUSTRIAL FREMONT - Alom Technologies signed a lease for 120,433 square feet of industrial space at 48105 Warm Springs Blvd. from RREEF Commercial Management. Officials did not disclose the terms of the deal. Steve Kapp and Jim Kovaleski of BT Commercial Real Estate/NAI represented the lessee. Steve Pace and Dan Hollingsworth of CPS CORFAC International represented the lessor.
