Stats Don't Back Tort-Crisis Claims, Report Says
WASHINGTON - Statistics cited by the Bush administration and other legal-reform advocates to support claims of a national tort crisis are "fundamentally misleading" and "one-sided," according to a report released Tuesday by a Washington, D.C., think tank.
