Avila Abused by Alcoholic Father, Jurors Told

SANTA ANA - Alejandro Avila was physically and emotionally abused by an alcoholic father who sexually molested his daughters, his attorney on Wednesday told jurors considering the death penalty or life in prison for the man convicted of killing 5-year-old Samantha Runnion.
