Whistle-Blower Air Marshal Sues
LOS ANGELES - A Southland federal air marshal, grounded last year after criticizing an article in People magazine that he believed compromised public safety, filed a lawsuit Thursday in federal court in Riverside, challenging the agency's policy that prevents him from speaking out.
