LOS ANGELES - A Glendale man accused of practicing law without a license for three decades must stand trial for stealing $100,000 from seven clients, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Irwin Trester, 61, charged his victims $132,358 in fees gained under false pretenses between January 1995 and October 2003, Deputy District Attorney Elizabeth Munisoglu said.
