Brit Facing Deportation Learns Pot Conviction Was Expunged

British officials have confirmed they have no criminal record on file against an Englishwoman facing deportation from the United States over a 24-year-old minor pot conviction in her homeland "because records of nonserious offenders are deleted after 10 years."
