Paul Hastings: CONTRA COSTA SKYSCRAPER COSTS GROUP $55 MILLION

Contra Costa's tallest building, One Concord Center, has been sold in a deal worth $55 million. TrizecHahn Corp., a real estate investment trust based in Toronto, Canada, sold the 15-story building to joint venture PCCP Lincoln Concord Center LLC.

         TrizecHahn Corp., a real estate investment trust based in Toronto, Canada, sold the 15-story building to joint venture PCCP Lincoln Concord Center LLC. The deal, which closed Sept. 12, includes the sale of an adjoining land parcel where additional office space will be located.
