Judicial Panel Admonishes Retired Orange County Judge

SAN FRANCISCO - A retired Orange County judge who improperly intervened in several cases to help friends and relatives has been publicly admonished by a state watchdog agency, which said his 20 years of hard work on the bench warranted leniency.
