Poole's Attorney Clashes With Commission
Continuing a harsh attack on Los Angels police officials, a civil rights lawyer clashed with members of the Police Commission on Tuesday, refusing to give them copies of documents that, he said, prove Chief Bernard C. Parks ignored early warnings of widespread misconduct in the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Division.
