High Court Rejects Challenges To MCLE, Reciprocity Rules

WASHINGTON - Acting on two separate petitions, the Supreme Court on Monday rejected California attorneys' challenges to some of the state's mandatory continuing legal education requirements and to local federal district court rules in California and elsewhere that limit practice to members of the forum state's bar.
