Court Sends Microsoft Case to D.C. Circuit

WASHINGTON - In a tactical victory for Microsoft Corp., the Supreme Court on Tuesday denied the government's direct appeal in its antitrust case against the software giant, remanding it to a circuit court that has treated Microsoft favorably in the past.
