Supreme Court To Hear Case of Disabled Golfer
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court Tuesday agreed to consider whether the PGA Tour must allow a golfer with a disability to ride a cart and whether law enforcement officers who aim a heat-seeking scanner at a residence are conducting a search requiring a warrant under the Fourth Amendment.
