Pacheco Seeks Accounts of INS Abuse of Aliens

As part of his effort to address alleged civil rights violations and abuses of process by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, a Los Angeles City Council member is asking attorneys to write him letters detailing incidents in which the agency has mistreated their clients.
