Court Drops Charge in Anti-Fur Protest Case

The failure of videotaped evidence to prove a Costa Mesa man participated in a gate-kicking incident at an anti-fur rally during the Democratic National Convention led to the dismissal Monday of a felony vandalism charge against him.
