SANTA ANA - Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas announced the start of a Vietnamese Outreach Program today, hoping to improve relations between law enforcement and the Vietnamese community.
Geared primarily toward assisting crime victims and witnesses, the program also will offer general education to Vietnamese residents about the criminal justice system.
