Gov. Davis Appoints George to Bench

SANTA ANA - Stephanie George, the deputy district attorney who defeated former Orange County District Attorney Michael R. Capizzi in a March election for a judicial seat, was appointed to the Orange County Superior Court bench Friday by Gov. Gray Davis.
