TORRANCE - TA Associates Realty acquired a portfolio of 13 industrial properties from Storm Properties Inc. for more than $52 million.

The properties, which total 545,000 square feet, are primarily located in Torrance.

Thompson National Properties LLC served as an intermediary and facilitator in the acquisition.
