Lawyer Faces Child Pornography Charges

Web Exclusive - A San Bernardino attorney has been swept up in a federal child pornography investigation that netted 55 men, the U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles said Tuesday. Thomas Merdzinski, a lawyer with State Compensation Insurance Fund in San Bernardino, was charged after authorities raided his Bermuda Dunes home in April and seized seven personal computers depicting children and infants in "various sexual acts" with adults.
