Santa Clara D.A. Says Deputy Did Not Always Meet Office Standards
D.A. Dolores Carr told a State Bar court that while Deputy District Attorney Benjamin Field's conduct may have fallen technically inside the law, it would not meet the standards she holds for the attorneys in her office.
