Pillsbury Says It's Sorry in Settlement With Ex-Partner
SAN FRANCISCO - Pillsbury Winthrop has settled the $45 million defamation lawsuit filed against it by former partner Frode Jensen for an undisclosed amount and an abject apology, the latter's lawyer announced late Tuesday.
