Ward Valley Litigation Ends As Judge Cites Lawyer's Role
SAN FRANICSCO - A San Diego judge has rejected a claim by the would-be builder of a low-level radioactive waste dump in the Mojave Desert to more than $200 million in damages, ruling that its San Francisco lawyer had tried to sabotage the project.
