Disabled Man Barred From Flight Sues Airline
SANTA ANA - An Orange County surgeon recovering from hip surgery filed an eight-count civil rights lawsuit against American Airlines Tuesday, claiming that the carrier violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Air Carrier Access Act by refusing to let him board a flight from Boston to Los Angeles.
