SAN JOSE - Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Joseph F. Biafore is not the sort of jurist who enjoys the limelight. During his 28-year career on the bench, he has handled some high-profile matters. His most famous case was the capital murder trial of Richard Wade Farley, who went on a shooting rampage at ESL Inc., killing seven people and wounding four others, after a former co-worker rejected his advances.
