Rock band's lawsuit against insurers dismissed

The complaint, brought by the Foo Fighters in Los Angeles federal court, was dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Manuel Real has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the rock band Foo Fighters, which sought punitive damages against a group of insurers they claimed had failed to properly reimburse them for canceled tour dates.
