Wells Fargo CEO's resignation will not affect lawsuits, plaintiffs' attorney says

The resignation of Wells Fargo & Co. CEO and executive chairman John Stumpf on Wednesday will not impact lawsuits by plaintiffs against the bank, plaintiffs' attorney Joseph W. Cotchett of Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP said.
