Luxury chair maker Herman Miller awarded $8.3M

A jury found that a downmarket wholesaler had infringed on Herman Miller's Eames chair.

Blumenthal Distributing Inc. must pay $8.3 million to luxury chair maker Herman Miller after a jury concluded that the latter company's copyright was infringed.
